We promote, inspire and educate our participants on overall wellness through carefully curated workshops, privates and events including unique dance, fitness, and holistic class experiences .
Inspired by our founder's story, we recognize the importance of body mechanics and work with participants to help them grow in total body awareness.
We are a collaborative, artistic and non-judgemental collective. We inspire to give participants and members a community to let loose and celebrate their awesome selves while getting spiritually connected to self as well as a kickass full body harmonic system and aligning with a vibrational tribe of humans.

First and foremost a Mom to 3 gorgeous boys - Johnpaul (12), Dante (9) and Leonardo (6). A wife to my best friend and husband 25 + years in the making. Yes, we have been together since we were 16 years old
I am a Boundless Badass, owner and founder of Breakin Boundaries, a Brooklyn, NY born brand. We offer Holistic + Therapeutic Wellness Experiences. Escape your external world and immerse yourself in one of our unique workshops or VIP customized creations either in-person or online.
I am the curator, founder and Master Facilitator of Sacred Alignment ™ a certification and training course offered to advanced aligned body workers and spiritual beings.
A Certified Movement & Behavior Analyst, with over 20+ years experience as a private ABA therapist in the world of Autism. A pure joy + rewarding perspective and view that has opened my heart and eyes to see through a new lens.
I am a Master Reiki Practitioner and Shamonic guide, known as “The Limitless Life Choreographer”. A dance-fitness instructor, educator and co-creator of intrinsic desires taking sacred souls through healing journeys, as well as a Business Growth Expansion Specialist (aka) The Boundless Badass BIZ Creator.

One of my biggest joys in Life is my family. Being a mom is one of the hardest experiences I have ever had and one I would never give up on. Finding balance between raising 3 boys, maintaining a healthy relationship with my husband, taking time for self-care, friends, running Breakin Boundaries as well as my 1:1 Boundless Badass BIZ clients is not easy but I wouldn’t have any other way. Being a mom, a wife and an entrepreneur has many ups and downs but, these boys have pushed me to be a better version of myself.
