This class combines the energy of African and Caribbean dances. It's a mix of high and low aerobic exercises, while strengthening your muscle and toning your physique. A great class to improve your stamina and give you that extra boost!
All levels welcomed and encouraged! Our ballet class mixes modern music (no classical here!) with barre technique and choreography. You will improve flexibility, posture, and strength.
An upbeat, full body workout that incorporates concepts from ballet, pilates, and yoga, though prior experience in any of those methods is not necessary. We strengthen and stretch each major muscle group through targeted, low-impact movements. Benefits of barre include the development of long lean muscles, a stronger core, and improved posture and flexibility. Wear sticky socks to class if you have them, otherwise, regular socks will be just fine.
A full body workout, focused on building strength through continuous weight bearing and body resistance moves. This challenging but fun workout will be sure to get your blood pumping!
Fluid movement warm up designed to ground and connect the body with classical technique. New choreography taught each class where dancer is able to apply material given from beginning.
Show up as you are and be guided through a dance experience that emphasizes, feeling, flow, and freedom. You’ll start with a structured warm up loosely based in jazz/ballet technique, and then be guided through free-form improvisational movement to help you access your unique rhythm and expression and create something with it.

Sweat meets restoration in this uplifting, non-competitive cardio dance class that incorporates therapeutic yoga and meditation, offering full system wellness. Meditation begins at 7:00pm and dancing at 7:15! Every Tuesday.
Harmonic Resonance will teach you to utilize your physical voice as well as your inner voice with verbal affirmations stemming from ancient practices from Eastern and Western medicine. Formerly “Divination”, Manifestation Meditation weaves together various self-transformation rituals such as meditation and movement medicine to help you manifest your goals and wants. Each week begins with an energy clearing and sound bath. The majority of the class is spent in a guided meditation, which will pertain to a specific monthly theme that aims to assist you wherever you are on your life journey. The class ends with movement medicine (free-form dance with intention) to integrate the meditation experience into the body.
MIND YA BODY
This is a class on the synchronization of our life force energy, breath and movements. After a few brief exercises we’ll jump right into the foundational movements in Bboying/Breakdancing (Toprock, Footwork, and Freezes). The point of the class is to gather our energy, and then put it to use on the dance floor.
SOUL FLOW YOGA
Get your flow on in this vinyasa sequence designed by the chakras, that helps you open and balance your energy centers while grooving to music that is in alignment with this practice. While the entire class will flow through all the chakras ground up, each week we will focus on one in particular, so that we can get deeper into the themes of the center.
A high intensity hip-hop cardio workout taking over the dance fitness world. Inspired by Miami nightlife and all of your favorite artists, each class will make you feel as if you are performing your own concert for a crowd of thousands. The class delivers easy to follow along routines that provide a full body workout and will leave you dripping with sweat.
